Grilled Tuna Salad

2 tuna steaks
1 red pepper
1 red onion
2 hard boiled eggs
1 dill pickle
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Italian dressing
Miracle Whip Lite

Marinate the tuna steaks overnight in your favorite italian dressing. Grill on both sides until about medium, the center should no longer be red, but should be a bit pink. Remove from grill and let cool, the center will finish cooking as it sits.

Finely dice the onion, red pepper, and dill pickle, add these to a mixing bowl. Add the relish, black pepper, and garlic powder, and a few tablespoons of the Miracle Whip Lite. Once the tuna has cooled, flake this with a fork, and add to the bowl. Mix well, add more Miracle Whip as necessary.

Various other dried or fresh herbs & spices can be added if desired, dill works well, parsley, etc. The onion and red pepper can also be grilled, but using these raw adds a nice crunch to the mixture.
